Sales Executive (Property)

Responsibilities:
-Effectively promote and sell the company’s properties.
-To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.
-Respond to sales enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
-Conduct presentation and product viewing for potential buyers.
-Provide purchasers with guidance on bank loan and end financing procedures.
-Facilitate the collection of down payments and ensure timely signing of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan approvals.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.
-At least 2 years of property sales experience. Fresh graduates who are passionate and eager to learn are encouraged to apply!
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-A confident, friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
-Must possess own transport and be willing to work on weekends.
