Sales Executive - Serdang

Requirements
-1-3 years of working experience in sales (preferably in construction, home automation, or related industry).
-Fresh graduates with passion and confidence in sales are encouraged to apply.
-Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Own transport and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp/online communication tools.

Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (developers, contractors, and dealers).
-Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on project progress.
-Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate with the technical and admin teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
