Job Description

Drives sales growth and expands market share for Industrial Packaged and Specialty Gas products.

Detects and qualifies new opportunities to enlarge the service offer and portfolio.

Build long-term loyalty through scheduled strategic meetings with key decision-makers.

Lead the sales process and negotiate major deals aligned with customer decision-making cycles.

Manage customer debt statements outstanding by monitoring debt statements and ensuring timely payment collections.

Utilize Power BI and CRM tools to produce detailed sales analysis and performance reports.

Improve account profitability and contract strength through rigorous price escalation and duration reviews.

Review and validate agreements to ensure alignment with sales policies and HSE regulations.

Monitor cylinder holdings and recover long-overdue assets from inactive accounts to optimize inventory.

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

At least 2–3 years in sales or business development, preferably within the industrial gas, oil & gas, chemicals, or energy sectors.

Ability to map customer organizations and identify "white space" growth opportunities within mature accounts.

Possession of own transportation and willingness to travel extensively across the Klang Valley area.

An optimistic, proactive, and outgoing personality with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.

Proven ability to pivot strategies and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
