Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
-Execute daily outbound activities (calls, messages, follow-ups)
-Achieve 40-100 outbound connects per day
-Conduct discovery calls to understand SME business goals and challenges
-Present and propose ROI-focused digital marketing solutions
-Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close new business
-Update CRM and track sales activities accurately
-Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
-Maintain accurate reporting on activities, pipeline, and closed revenue

Qualifications:
-1–3 years B2B sales or customer-facing experience
-Fresh grads with strong sales drive may be considered
-Interest in digital marketing and SME businesses
-Must possess own car and willing to do outdoor sales
-Strong communication skills and coachable attitude
-Resilient, disciplined and eager to learn
