Sales Executive (Travel & Tour) - Wangsa Maju

Job Responsibilities :
-Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to individual and corporate clients.
-Provide consultation and travel advice to clients, including itinerary planning, destinations, and packages.
-Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and participate in sales events or roadshows.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
-Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/ Requirements :
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
-Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
-Good knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel arrangements is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
-Willingness to travel locally or abroad if required.
