Sales Executive

Requirements

Fresh Graduates are welcome
Can speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the printing industry.
Strong understanding of printing processes, technologies, and products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
Generate leads and qualify them based on their printing needs and budget.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand clients' printing requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the printing industry.
Proposal Development and Presentation:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing our printing capabilities and value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
