Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. To carry out all duties in selling, marketing and marketing and promoting the hotel via telemarketing
2. To maintain existing accounts and service them from time to time
3. To achieve goals as per set in sales plan by developing new ideas and skills
4. Maintain a familiarity and analyse competition subject to room occupancy and f&b sales
5. To executes sales target through telemarketing as per guidance and directions set by Sales and Marketing Manager & Outlet Manager
6. Preparation of daily and weekly reports based on telemarketing for review
7. Establishes priority accounts and follow-up closely with telephone calls and clear all backlog cases
8. Concentrate on opportunity for creative selling through market research
9. Entertains clients solicited from telemarketing as directed
10. Strong knowledge in sales and aware of the latest happening in market place
11. Maintain up-to-date level of professional communication and public relations with existing and new accounts via telephone
12. Prompt in reacting and informing superiors of outside information
13. Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time / or as and when required.
