Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while ensuring excellent customer service.

Understand clients' business and IT requirements, and recommend suitable AI, cloud, networking, and infrastructure solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals, solution designs, and project plans.

Drive business development initiatives and contribute to sales growth.

Act as the key liaison between clients and internal solution teams.

Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud computing, AI, networking, or IT infrastructure.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written).

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting.

Experience in account management, channel sales, or business development is an added advantage.
