Sales & Marketing Executive - Kajang

Key Responsibilities
-Actively prospect and engage new clients through online (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.) and offline channels.
-Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide professional consultation to help clients identify suitable product or brand solutions.
-Arrange meetings (online and offline) to explain how Bioalpha can assist them in building or launching their own health brands.
-Participate in marketing and sales events such as trade exhibitions, brand launches, or product showcases.
-Contribute ideas for marketing materials and promotional strategies. including campaign content, visuals,
-Maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-up consistency.
-Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market insights.

Requirements
-Strong interest in health, wellness, and nutraceutical industries.
-Highly self-disciplined, motivated, and goal-oriented.
-Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Proficient with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, etc.).
-Experience with ChatGPT, Canva, Meta Ads, or CRM systems is a strong advantage.
-Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred - but fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are also encouraged to apply.
