Sales Marketing Executive

Requirements
-Minimum SPM and above
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
-Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage

Responsibilities
-Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achievesales targets.
-Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular engagement
-Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
-Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
-Provide feedback on customer needs, market demand, and competitive landscape
-Work closely with internal departments (production, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
-Support the management team in strategic business development initiatives
