Requirements

Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
Relevant work experience is an added advantage.
Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and commitment to working efficiently.
Skills required: Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management
Other: Must have own transportation.



Responsibilities

Client Correspondence: Prepare professional communications to address client inquiries.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs.
Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Sales Targets: Accountable for achieving sales targets aligned with business objectives.
Reporting: Prepare weekly marketing reports, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Sales Data Analysis: Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
