Sales & Marketing Manager (Property Development)

Job Description:

To develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to promote Company's properties and enhance Company’s branding and market positioning.

To manage sales and marketing processes of growing portfolios of exclusive homes and high rise apartments launches at strategic locations.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the revenue targets.

Develop and review pricing strategies and sales package proposals to optimize sales potential and profitability.

Conduct market research to determine feasibility and marketability of new products.

Develop and evaluate event marketing strategies inclusive of advertising; branding and marketing collateral; cross marketing; digital and social media; corporate communications and issues management.

Consistently research market trends in residential properties and consumer preferences, while conducting competitor and industry analyses.

Supports direct sales staff by generating sales leads.

Ensure proper representation at exhibitions in order to generate sales leads and enhance brand image.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain excellent customer relationship to ensure satisfaction.

To manage sales and marketing budget and ensure compliance with company expenditure requirements.

To perform any other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time.



Job Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing or other related field.

At least 5 years of working experience in a managerial position of Sales/Marketing, preferably in property development industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Able to inspire, lead and manage the Sales team to implement Sales & Marketing strategies effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and dynamic with the ability to think creatively to achieve objectives.

Independent, driven and result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
