Sales Marketing Support

Requirements
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
-Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
-Minimum qualifications for this position include a SPM certificate or diploma, with preference given to candidates holding higher academic credentials.
-Knowledge & experienced about courier industry operations and challenges will be advantaged.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred and considered a valuable asset for this role.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
-Filter and qualify incoming sales leads to identify potential customers.
-Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage top-ups on the company online platform.
-Retrieve and re-engage zero-balance customers to reactivate their accounts and drive sales growth.
-Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt after-sales assistance.
-Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
