Sales Representative, BDC KLIA Arrival

1. Transact with customers, products and services of the bank that is designated to BDC2. Proactive with a positive and active sales approach to delivering the products and services at the BDC.3. Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customers’ complaints and issues4. Work as a team at the BDC, with the Supervisor and Acting Supervisor’s guidance to increase sales and achieve revenue target5. Actively involved in the cross-product sales activities of the Bank’s products and services that have been approved for cross selling at the BDC. 6. Back Office and Administration (where applicable / required):

Update daily trading rates
Ensuring reconciliation and submission carried out by the stipulated timeline
Perform housekeeping and ensure proper management and control of documents.
Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information.
