Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing custom-made cabinet and woodcraft team. This role offers an attractive Basic Salary + Unlimited Commission (No Cap), providing strong earning potential for high performers. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to new prospects, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring all sales activities are carried out efficiently and professionally.
This role requires good communication skills, strong product understanding, and a positive attitude in providing excellent customer service, supporting project coordination and contributing to overall sales performance.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in tailor-made furniture, interior design, or woodcraft-related industries.
• Experience in selling wood furniture or tailor-made furniture is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of furniture materials, joinery details, and finishing types is preferred.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and project partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good business awareness and willingness to learn new products and industry trends.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to secure sales.
• Promote and explain wood furniture, tailor-made cabinetry, and interior fit-out solutions to clients.
• Understand product specifications, materials (e.g., solid wood, veneer, plywood, laminated board), and finishing options to recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, designers, contractors, and project partners.
• Support the sales manager in developing marketing strategies, pricing proposals, and sales presentations.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations, timelines, and project details are clearly communicated and delivered.
• Participate in exhibitions, marketing events, and client meetings to represent the company professionally.
