Sales Supervisor

Competency Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree in Science. Candidate with Science background will have an added advantage.

Preferred at least 5 years Sales experience dealing with healthcare professionals within pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.

Mature, target-driven, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation skills; and able to motivate, guide & coach team members.

Travel is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.

Effective written and communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Area of Coverage:

Based in either Sabah or Sarawak. The candidate is required to oversee both Sabah & Sarawak.

Job Description:

Overview – We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead the ales team and support daily operations in East Malaysia. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of company targets.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team across Sabah and Sarawak.

Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding assigned targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, guidance, and motivation.

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Ensure high standards of managing client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Track, analyze and report sales performance.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to align with business objectives.

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
