Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administrative Support

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, sales contracts, order forms, and related commercial documents.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, pricing information, and contract status.

Support the preparation of sales reports, meeting materials, and business review presentations.

Customer and Partner Coordination

Act as a supporting contact point for customers, partners, and internal teams on sales-related matters.

Follow up on customer requests, documentation, service status, and pending actions.

Coordinate with technical, product, delivery, finance, and legal teams to support customer requirements.

Order and Contract Management

Assist in processing sales orders, contract submissions, purchase orders, and internal approvals.

Track contract progress and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.

Support billing, invoicing, payment follow-up, and credit-related coordination with the finance team.

Sales Pipeline and Reporting

Update and maintain the sales pipeline, opportunity status, customer database, and sales forecast.

Prepare weekly or monthly sales activity reports for management review.

Monitor sales progress and highlight pending issues or risks to the sales team.

Telco / ICT Project Support

Support sales activities related to telecom services, connectivity solutions, cloud, data centre, DICT, enterprise network, or carrier products.

Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated.

Assist in tracking service delivery timelines and customer onboarding progress.

Internal Process and Compliance

Ensure all sales documents comply with internal approval procedures and company policies.

Support internal system updates, approval flows, and document filing.

Maintain confidentiality of customer, pricing, and contract information.



Job Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, ICT, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, or commercial operations.

Experience in the telecommunications, ICT, cloud, data center, or technology industry will be an advantage.

Good understanding of sales processes, quotation preparation, contract coordination, and customer follow-up.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM/sales system usage.

Able to work with cross-functional teams and support fast-paced business requirements.

Good command of English. Mandarin will be an added advantage for coordination with China-based stakeholders, customers, or partners.
