SAS Developer-Data Modeler

We are looking for a SAS Developer (Data Modeler) to support insurance-related data projects.

Job Scope
- Design and maintain data models for insurance business needs
- Convert business requirements into clear data structures
- Ensure data models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with standards

Key Responsibilities
- Work with business teams to understand requirements
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Analyze data and suggest improvements
- Document data models and definitions
- Work with Data Engineers and IT teams to implement solutions
- Ensure data meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Support data warehouse and data lake initiatives
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling (insurance experience preferred)
- Knowledge of ACORD is an advantage
- Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
