Full job description

Retrieve and process incoming files from internal teams (import and export)

Organize and scan files for electronic storage.

Ensure each file is readable and scanned completely.

Ensure files are properly classified, named, and saved in corresponding drives SLEAD

Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Keep a record of documents retrieved, scanned and saved

Requirement

SPM / STPM , credit Math

Can work extra hours

Detailed and patient

Willing to work 5.5 days

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
