Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

Key responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow and petty cash

Manage eInvoices, payments, receipts and collections

Ensure timely preparation and online submission of SST returns

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external parties

Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records

Manage payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions

Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, memos and other HR documents

About you

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and HR administration

Experience handling full set of accounts is preferred

Experience in SST, petty cash, payroll and Malaysian statutory submissions is required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL accounting and Payroll software

Good written and verbal communication skills

Independent, responsible, organized and detail-oriented

Able to start work immediately is an advantage
