Senior Accounts Executives / Manufacturing Costing - Kapar

Manufacturing Cost & Inventory Control
-Review raw material, WIP and finished goods balances
-Verify production output vs material issues and GRN
-Check BOM usage vs actual consumption and investigate variances
-Support monthly and annual stock counts and stock valuation

Accounting & Closing
-Control AP: supplier reconciliation, invoice matching, payment support
-Control AR: invoicing, aging and collection monitoring
-Perform bank reconciliations
-Prepare monthly management account

Audit & Payroll Compliance
-Liaise with auditors, Co. Sec. and tax agents to ensure compliance-
-Process payroll and ensure compliance with EPF, SOSCO & PCB

Reporting Line
-Reports to Director

Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Accounting /Finance or related field
-Minimum 3–5 years experience in manufacturing accounting
-Experience in inventory, WIP and cost accounting
-Able to supervise junior staff and work independently
-Good command of spoken chinese to serve Mandarin-speaking stakeholder
-Proficiency in SQL accounting system is added advantage
