Senior Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Scope
-To manage the daily operation of accounting & finance function with team members
-Able to handle full set of accounts
-To verify all the outgoing payments, month end schedules and all other related works
-To monitor cash flow & working capital management
-To assist in cost accounting & supervising full set of accounts
-To liaise with relevant third parties for accounting & finance matters and to support compliance to rules & regulations
-To undertake & able to lead ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned from time to time


Requirements
-Must possess at least Diploma or preferably Bachelor’s Degree.
-Preferable languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
-At least 4 years working experience in the related field
-Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role is preferred
-Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Organization, detail-oriented and multi-tasking skill
