Senior Aircond Technician

Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or related field.
At least 2–4 years of working experience in HVAC installation and servicing.
Strong technical knowledge in split unit, VRV/VRF, and commercial air conditioning systems.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Good leadership and communication skills
Possess valid driving license
CIDB or PW4 certificate is a bonus.
Skilled in electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
Have a car license
Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru, KL
Responsibilities

Install air conditioning systems (split units, VRV/VRF, cassette, ducted, etc.) according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform testing and commissioning to ensure system functionality.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for various types of air conditioning units.
Clean components, check gas pressure, diagnose faults, and replace damaged parts.
Ensure all repairs meet safety and operational standards.
Monitor and assist in training new staff on SOP, safety, installation and service techniques.
Prepare job sheets, service reports, and maintenance records.
Provide feedback to the office or project manager on site issues or material requirements.
Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and follow up.
