We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive (Brand Activation & Healthcare Events) to lead our offline marketing initiatives. Your Mission
Strengthen the Grosure® brand by planning and executing impactful brand activation and healthcare marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage healthcare professionals and consumers, and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement
Plan and execute exhibitions, health expos, roadshows and consumer engagement activities.
Organise product launches and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
Deliver memorable brand experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Healthcare Professional Events
Organise Continuing Medical Education (CME) talks, workshops, seminars and educational programmes for doctors, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
Coordinate speakers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare institutions and business partners.
Support initiatives that strengthen healthcare professional engagement and product education.
Trade Marketing & Sales Support
Develop and execute offline marketing activities for pharmacies, GP clinics, hospitals and Chinese Medical Halls (CMH).
Prepare marketing materials, promotional tools and event collateral.
Work closely with the Sales team to support customer engagement and business development initiatives.
Marketing Planning & Project Execution
Coordinate event budgets, timelines, vendors, and project execution.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with Product & Professional Affairs, Sales, and external agencies to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in bringing the Grosure® brand closer to healthcare professionals and consumers by:
Planning and executing impactful exhibitions, health fairs, and roadshows.
Organising CME talks, workshops, and educational programmes.
Supporting product launches and brand activation campaigns.
Working closely with Sales and Product & Professional Affairs to deliver meaningful customer engagement.
Building memorable brand experiences that strengthen awareness, trust, and customer loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, nutrition, pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG industries.
Proven experience organising exhibitions, roadshows, workshops, seminars, or healthcare events.
Strong project management and event coordination skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational abilities.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
