Senior Clerk of Work / Clerk of Work

Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works and adhere to document control procedure.
-Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures.
Execute inspections and tests as per inspection and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by -quality management system.
-Represents the company to liaise with contractors, consultants and architects.
-To ensure contractors are follow the required quality standard, construction drawings and specifications.
-Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
-Check construction drawings and specifications. Report to Project Manager if any discrepancy is found.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
-Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
-Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in supervision of civil engineering/ building works.
