Senior E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive

Job Scope / Responsibilities
1. Website & Marketplace Management
Manage daily operations for company website, Shopee, Lazada, and other online platforms.

Upload new products, product descriptions, pricing, sizing, photos, and stock quantity.

Ensure all product listings are accurate, attractive, and updated.

Monitor online product availability and remove out-of-stock items when needed.

2. Online Order Processing
Check and process daily online orders.

Coordinate with warehouse team for picking, packing, and delivery.

Follow up on pending orders, cancelled orders, returns, exchanges, and delivery issues.

Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

3. Campaign & Promotion Setup
Assist in setting up online campaigns such as payday sales, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, festive campaigns, and clearance sales.

Create and update vouchers, discounts, bundles, free shipping campaigns, and flash sales.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

4. Customer Service
Reply to customer enquiries on website, Shopee, Lazada, WhatsApp, and social media when required.

Handle questions related to size, stock, delivery, exchange, and return.

Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.

5. Stock & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse and retail team to ensure stock accuracy.

Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items online.

Report stock issues, missing items, overselling, and system discrepancies.

Assist in stock transfer or stock allocation for online platforms.

6. Sales Report & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly online sales reports.

Track best sellers, slow movers, campaign results, conversion, and platform performance.

Provide simple analysis and suggestions to improve online sales.

7. Coordination with Marketing & Creative Team
Work with content creator / marketing team for product photos, banners, campaign visuals, and product launch updates.

Ensure online campaign pages and product collections are updated on time.

Support new collection launches and seasonal campaigns.
