Electrical & ELV Systems: Power distribution, backup generators, UPS, lighting, and ELV systems (CCTV, security access, fire alarm, PA systems).
Control Systems: Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), PLC/SCADA process control systems.
Review and analyze P&IDs, conceptual specifications, and layout drawings (CAD/BIM) to ensure design intent and operational logic are accurately captured.
Ensure all designs are practical, constructible, cost-efficient, and performance-optimized.
Technical Oversight & Integration
Oversee full system lifecycle from shop drawings to final commissioning.
Resolve complex multidisciplinary interface issues between mechanical, electrical, process, and control systems.
Lead the preparation of construction, material, process, and testing & commissioning specifications.
Cross-functional Technical Liaison

Communicate complex technical requirements clearly to stakeholders, tendering teams, and end-users.
Process & Efficiency Improvement
Develop and implement systems, workflows, and tools to enhance project efficiency (e.g., standardized design libraries, commissioning checklists, digital tracking of technical deliverables).
2. Project Execution & Stakeholder Leadership
Primary Stakeholder Liaison
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technical requirements.
Progress & Communication Leadership
