Senior Executive, Finance (Property Developer)

JOBSCOPE

To review task completed and provide guidance to juniors on routine operational accounting activities before submitting to Finance Manager.

To prepare and responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

To prepare and responsible for HDA withdrawal in accordance with HDA Act.

To prepare and responsible for loan drawdown and repayment matters.

To assist Finance Manager on the compilation for annual business plan/financial forecasting.

To identify and recommend work-flow/process improvement to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

To assist Finance Manager to attend to internal audit queries and findings.

To liaise and coordinate with the external auditor to coordinate and complete annual audits.

To liaise and coordinate with bankers on all loan documentations.

To liaise with Tax Dept. on the year/periodical tax estimate revision(s) and annual tax computation finalisation as well as the periodical SST Return filing submission.

Any other assignment as assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accountancy/Finance or partial Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA,etc.).

Preferably have working experience in Property Development industry

Well-versed with Microsoft Office and hand on experience inusing computerized accounting software (SAP, IFCA and MHW)

Able to maintain and tracking the full PDE accounts during the development activities/completion stage
