Senior Executive - HR Business Partner

Your key responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary benchmarking, payroll processing, and incentive planning to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers for fair and constructive evaluations.
Training and Development: Design and implement employee development programs, including training and succession planning, to support organizational growth.
Recruitment: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.
Employee Relations: Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and ensure compliance with policies while fostering engagement and resolving conflicts.
Required Qualifications & Skillsets

Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity
Must be conversant in Malaysian Employment/Labour Laws and other relevant legislations
Good working knowledge in HRM
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Good command of English, both oral and written
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of effective and strategic business partnerships
Knowledge of Bossnet software & SAP Success Factors is an added advantage
Familiar with MS Office applications
