Follow up in coordination of multi-disciplinary works i.e. building design, M&E, C&S, landscape design and any other design aspects.

Detail drawings checking, follow up comment on optimizing, practicality and buildability aspect .

Assist in monitoring and keep track with contract dept, from tender preparation until recommendation & award stage.

Assist in following up and keep track with consultants on Plan submission and approval.

Assist in tracking and follow up with relevant authorities to obtain plan approval letters / CCC clearance letters.

Responsible to ensure proper documentation / filing system in place for easy keeping & retrieval of all incoming / outgoing correspondences, drawings, document & etc

Assist in all site related matters.

Involved with site staff in pre-delivery inspection .

Assist in vacant possession & handing over activities to purchasers.
