Senior Executive, Resource Management (After Sales)

Job Responsibilities: -

Resource Management & Operational Support

-Maintain and update the After Sales organizational chart.

-Plan and optimize manpower allocation.

-Manage training programs and development initiatives.

-Drive performance and talent management processes.

-Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS): AMP Planning, Mid-Year Review, Year-End Review.

-Monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX related to resource planning.

-Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (SHEMS).

-Coordinate After Sales engagement activities.

-Support and monitor Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) initiatives.


Project & Continuous Improvement

-Participate in company-wide projects such as Record Management and Profitability Improvement.

-Lead or support special projects as assigned by management.


Job Requirements: -

-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.

-2–4 years of experience, preferably in the automotive or business management industry.

-Proven experience in marketing and resource management.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools (Power BI).

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

-Independent, self-motivated, and resilient in facing challenges.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Strategic thinker with a broad understanding of nationwide operational needs.

-Analytical skills to interpret complex data and prepare management-level presentations.

-Familiarity with regulatory standards and technical specifications.

-Willing to travel as required.
