Senior Executive, Warehouse/Logistic cum QA&QC - Bandar Sri Sendayan

Role and Responsibilities:
-To manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.
-Maintain the stock & inventory records for all raw materials & finished goods
-Responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
-Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
-Manage stock control and reconciliation with inventory management system
-Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing SOP and protocols
-Ensure production data are updated consistently; data is accurate and up to date into ERP system
-Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
-Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
-Communicating with other departments such as operation management and engineering to coordinate scheduling for QA testing
-Work closely with production manager, executive and warehouse dept. to ensure the production schedule is meet within deadline
-Work closely with superior in develop and recommend policies to minimize cost and optimize business unit, profitability, warehouse capacity utilization, planning and delivering activities
-Proper 5s housekeeping & warehouse cleanliness. Observe and implement all safety regulations and practices
