Senior Finance Executive

FULL SET ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL REPORTING

1.Full Set Accounting

Manage and maintain full set accounting for entities in Hongkong, Vietnam and SVP.

Ensure accounts are accurate, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with group policies.

AI Tools: ERP -SAP


2.Financial Reporting

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements

Assist in monthly accounts closing, including financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and other related tasks for overseas entities..

AI Tools: FloQast, BlackLine, AI-powered reporting tools.


3. Daily Operations

Handle receivables, payables, billing invoices, manual payments, and various commissions (e.g., Monthly & payment link commission, EC quarterly bonuses, branch profit sharing) for overseas entities.

AI Tools: AI-driven payment processing tools (e.g., Avalara,Vertex).


4. Inventory & Revenue Management

Maintain accurate monthly stock valuation and ensure proper revenue recognition for COD and non-COD sales.

AI Tools: AI-based inventory management systems


5. Tax & Audit Compliance

Prepare tax returns for submission, manage GST, and handle statutory audits.

Coordinate with auditors and consultants to ensure compliance with local regulations

AI Tools: MindBridge Ai Auditor, Wolters Kluwer CCH Axcess.


6. Reconciliations

Perform monthly reconciliations (creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, couriers) and follow up on outstanding items.

AI Tools: AI-powered reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine)


7. Coordination & Process Improvement

Coordinate with IT teams and other relevant internal or external parties (e.g., bankers) to resolve system or process issues.

Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce human error

AI Tools: AI-based automation tools (e.g., RPA, Scribe)



Job Requirements

Diploma in LCCI level 3

5+ years of experience in financial roles

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
