As a key member of the Fraud Risk Operations Team, a vital part of Global Credit Control Services, you will be at the forefront of fraud prevention and detection. Your responsibilities include:

Monitoring fraud risks by gathering intelligence from media, reports, and online sources to identify potential threats involving company's customers and affiliates.

Staying ahead of fraud trends to proactively detect and prevent scams.

Independently managing investigations, ensuring timely completion of tasks while meeting performance benchmarks.

Building business awareness to effectively assess and articulate compliance risks.

Acting as the first line of defense, identifying patterns, systemic risks, and emerging threats beyond immediate cases.
