Senior Hairstylist

Requirements
-Proven experience as a hairstylist (typically 3–5+ years)
-Advanced knowledge of hair techniques (cutting, coloring, chemical treatments)
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Creative mindset with attention to detail
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
-Excellent customer service
-Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
-Provide advanced hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and chemical services
-Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments
-Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
-Stay updated on latest hair trends, techniques, and products
-Mentor and train junior hairstylists or assistants
Assist in managing salon operations when needed (appointments, inventory, etc.)
-Promote and upsell salon products and services
