Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Oversee HR operations, including policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Support training, learning, and employee development programs

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience
• Prior exposure to leadership or senior HR responsibilities is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, people-oriented, and results-driven
