Senior Human Capital Executive

Essential Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
-4-6 years progressive HR experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environment
-Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the line managers to build the people capability, plan and manage talent to achieve shared organizational objectives.
-Perform HC functions ranging from recruiting, on-boarding to off- boarding for employees.
-Create, update and maintain employees’ information in HRIS.
-Work closely with Payroll Lead on newly joined and resignees.
-Coordinate the Induction Programme for new joiners
-Prepare monthly update of staff movement report and organization chart, if required.
-Handle disciplinary and grievance matters
-Render team support for staff welfare, company events/ committee.
-Perform any other duties as assigned
