Senior Inbound Sales Manager – China (Singapore & Malaysia Market)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain inbound China tour group clients in the Singapore and Malaysia markets.

Establish long-term partnerships with local travel agencies to drive sales and confirm inbound tour arrangements to China.

Coordinate resources in China, including hotels, attractions, ground operators, and tour guides, to ensure smooth execution of group itineraries.

Follow up on client quotations, contract signing, and payment processes to achieve sales targets.

Collect market information and tourism trends, provide data analysis and reports to support company strategy.

Handle client inquiries or issues related to itinerary and other arrangements to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Support marketing activities to promote the company’s inbound China tourism products.
