Senior Interior Designer

About the role
We are seeking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer, responsible for overseeing the full design process—from concept to completion—while ensuring high-quality, error-free drawings that meet client requirements. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams, attending client meetings when needed, and guiding junior designers in both design and technical aspects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D software, and a strong eye for design are essential.



What you'll be doing

To generate drawings as required by sales or site team.

To meet the required target completion lead time.

To generate zero mistake drawings.

To cross-check all drawings completed by junior designers.

To coach junior designer about design and planning.

Involved from the start of the planning process and will plan each element of a building's interior, from the physical lay-out of rooms, to picking colour schemes and light fittings.

Undertaking design project from concept to completion

Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices



What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new construction

Proven ability to handle clients and manage projects independently from concept to completion

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent)

Skilled in planning, conceptual design, and generating detailed section and construction drawings

High attention to detail with a commitment to producing error-free drawings

Experience in mentoring or guiding junior designers

Well-versed in material selection, color schemes, lighting, layout planning, custom furniture, and on-site installations

Strong creative vision with an eye for aesthetics and functional design

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
