Job Description

Job Overview
The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Company's daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This role focuses on operational administration, customer service support, reporting, process improvement, and cross-department coordination.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple operational tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage operational documentation, records, reports, and business support functions.
- Assist in membership administration, shareholder-related documentation, and operational follow-ups.
- Monitor customer enquiries, service requests, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, and performance updates.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and service providers on operational matters.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Assist Management in implementing operational projects and business initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation filing.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Service, Business Support, or related fields.
- Experience in property, financing, investment, membership-based businesses, or online platform operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
