Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance

-Bachelor's degree in law, legal or related field

-Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience, primarily in litigation across multiple industries within Malaysia, coupled with substantial involvement in contract negotiation and management.

-Exposure to compliance, integrity, risk, and audit matters is considered essential for supporting a holistic legal and compliance function.

-Preferably from industry related to GSC: Entertainment / Retail / Services / Leisure. Candidates from highly regulated industry such as Financial Industry are also acceptable.

-Excellent understanding of commercial and corporate laws
