Senior Manager Sales & Development

QPACK INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to lead our sales and marketing operations at a strategic level. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, developing market strategies, and leading a talented team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will report directly to senior leadership and have the autonomy to shape the direction of our sales and marketing initiatives whilst contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Forecast sales, prepare budgets, and monitor performance against targets.

Establish pricing strategies and analyze market trends.

Plan and execute advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.

Identify new market opportunities and improve product marketability.

Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.

Provide market insights and data analysis to support decision-making.

Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve departmental goals.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks and cross-departmental requests as required.

What we're looking for

Must be able to start immediately.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Sales or Marketing or related field

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Ability to interact with all levels of management.

Knowledge of the plastic/packaging industry is an added advantage.

Experience in corporate account/key account management.

Candidates with potential but not fully meeting requirements may be considered for other vacancies.

At least 3 years in sales & marketing managerial role (preferably in packaging/plastic manufacturing).

Strong leadership, proactive, fast learner, excellent time management, and interpersonal skills.
