Senior Marketing Executive

Requirements

Achieve at least Degree certificate in Marketing or related field.
(Senior Executive) Proven experience in preparing marketing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event management, brand activation, or creative industries.
Background in creative marketing campaigns, event launches, or brand experience programs is a strong plus.
Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is advantageous.
Able to communicate, write and read Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong structured thinking, planning, and project management capabilities with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, production, project and procurement.
Demonstrated ability to handle client communications professionally and confidently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel as necessary for client engagements, site visits, or project execution.
Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for managing marketing projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving project execution from planning to completion. The role involves leading proposal development, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful delivery of creative and event marketing projects.

Liaise with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements; conduct site visits when necessary.
Lead planning and coordination efforts to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Prepare and present client proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
Oversee the company’s social media content strategy and posting schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design, production, and installation work.
Maintain proper project documentation, including schedules, client communications, and reports.
Lead post-mortem reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Guide and support junior marketing team members.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
