Senior Marketing Manager ( FMCG )

We are looking for an experienced and strategic FMCG industry experience Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and has a passion for creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Job Description:

This is a feeder role / potential successor to CMO by develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing roadmap.

Lead and direct the execution of marketing plans to achieve growth objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.

Manage marketing budget and evaluate marketing investment efficiency to identify areas of improvement and propose changes.

Evaluate new media technologies and maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices to expand the brand’s competitive advantage.

Lead Marketing & NPD/Innovation team

Dotted line leading the Creative team on tasks and deliverables

Owns Annual Marketing Calendar – Comms, Media, Campaigns, Trade Activation and events

Ensure right communication levels between Marketing – Creative – R&D – Commercial (Sales & eComm) functions to ensure smooth execution of marketing calendar and plans

Manages Marketing Spend – propose to CMO for approval, track, control, review post execution vs KPIs set

Job Requirement:

Min. 7 years in Marketing or Brand Management

Experience managing & leading teams – min. 4 people team

Good presentation skills & ability to manage senior leadership stakeholder

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
