RM8,000 – RM15,000 per month (subject to experience)

📝 Job Summary / 职位概述

We are looking for Senior M&E Engineers with experience in construction projects, industrial projects, or Data Center projects.

Candidates with experience in M&E systems, site coordination, project execution, or construction management are encouraged to apply.

📋 Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Coordinate and manage M&E works at construction sites
协调及管理施工现场机电工程

Monitor project progress, subcontractors, and site activities
监督项目进度、分包商及现场施工情况

Coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and related systems
协调电气、机械、暖通、消防及相关系统工程

Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams
参与现场会议，并与顾问、客户及项目团队进行协调

Ensure works are completed according to drawings and project schedule
确保施工按照图纸及项目进度完成

Support project execution, testing & commissioning activities
协助项目执行及测试调试工作

Prepare reports, progress updates, and project documentation
准备项目报告、进度更新及工程文件

🎓 Requirements / 任职要求

Experience in construction, industrial, or Data Center projects
具备建筑工程、工业项目或数据中心项目经验

Experience in M&E / HVAC / Electrical / Mechanical systems
具备机电 / 暖通 / 电气 / 机械系统经验

Experience in site coordination or project execution
具备现场协调或项目执行经验

Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
能够使用英文及中文沟通

Willing to work long term in Johor Bahru
愿意长期在新山工作
