Senior Procurement Executive (Projects)

What You’ll Do
-Source & purchase project materials
-Liaise with suppliers, compare quotes & issue accurate POs
-Track ETA of all items and flag delays early
-Update and manage Project BOM status
-Check deliveries (DO vs actual goods)
-Support management with quotations & documentation

What We Need
-4–5+ years in Procurement / Project Admin / Supply Chain
-Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Chinese reading & writing is required (supplier documents)
-Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot, etc.) – will be tested
-Very detail-oriented, proactive, and well organized
-*Willingness to learn technical product names so you can identify if a supplier has sent the wrong item
