Senior Project Executive (RPM UK)

Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables

Complying with operational scope, and managing budgets, timeline and quality per the project requirements.
Managing internal operations team dependent on project and client.
Provide support in the set up and ongoing delivery of the project, including adjusting project set up for e.g. change requests.
Use and application of project management platforms, techniques and technology
Check programme links for accuracy against the questionnaire – content, flow, instructions, stimuli
Regular maintenance of questionnaire updates in English
Add translation overlays to approved English programme links
Manage specific inputs based on client project design, such as Questionnaire Selection File, Pre-Code File, MRT updates
Adherence to and control of project change logs
Maintain brand lists, accuracy and updates
Review and collate fieldwork project against target sample requirements
Prepare, plan, prioritise and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are prepared and sent to schedule
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members

Graduates or degree holders
