Key Responsibilities:

Establish and develop the Malaysian market for IT solution services

Identify, pursue, and close enterprise-level deals with Malaysian corporations and government organizations

Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team as the business scales

Develop market intelligence and competitive analysis to make business strategy

Achieve ambitious revenue targets and establish sustainable sales processes

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in software development, IT services, or technology sector

Proven track record in management roles with experience building sales territories

Strong network within Malaysian business or technology ecosystem preferred

Demonstrated success in achieving significant revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of software development processes and web technologies, e.g. SRLC
