Senior Solution Architect – Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the presales lifecycle

Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops

Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) engagements to showcase solution value

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive opportunities

Design and position data integration, analytics, and AI solutions

Install and configure solutions to support customer requirements during POCs

Manage multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in presales and/or consulting within Enterprise Software

Strong knowledge of:

Change Data Capture (CDC)

Data Integration (ETL)

Data Quality (DQ)

Data Governance (DG)

iPaaS (APIs, microservices, application integration)

Big Data technologies

Experience with BI/Visualization, AI/ML, and Generative AI solutions

Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with data integration and analytics platforms

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or modern cloud data platforms

Experience working with large enterprise customers
