Job Description

Key Responsibilities
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding/offboarding coordination.
•Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
•Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
•Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and future positions to support business growth.
•Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
•Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
•Provide professional advice to hiring managers on candidate selection, market salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
•Manage and maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment databases.
•Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment progress updates to management.
•Ensure timely preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
•Support and implement employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, and online recruitment campaigns.
•Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment regulations, and internal HR standards.
•Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
•Prepare report by weekly for hiring reporting
•Prepare or plan hiring event/show/talent pitching from university/colleges.
•Ad-hoc by management

Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
•Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
•Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
